In-Vitro Fertilization

Pregnancies that occur with the help of In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF) carry a small but increased risk of pregnancy complications. Complications can include: multiple gestations (twins or triplets), high blood pressure, fetal cardiac abnormalities and bleeding, in comparison with pregnancies that are achieved spontaneously.

The number of women who develop complications after IVF is quite small and IVF, overall, is a very safe and effective method of becoming pregnant and having a child.

Dr. Gray and her team will monitor you throughout your pregnancy and delivery and will work with your reproductive endocrinologist to ensure a safe transition of care.
